The United State Commerce Department announced yesterday (Sept.7) that the country’s preliminary arbitration judging that the imports of alloy steel plate from China is dumping into local market._________ www.boxingwww.com
The Commerce Department decided to launch anti-dumping investigation to carbon alloy steel plate from South Korea, France, Japan, Italy, Brazil, and China, at the request of three local steel enterprises.
And on the same day, the Department believed that the relative products from China involve 210.50% anti-subsidy duty, while South Korea has no subsidy.
In 2015, China exported alloy steel plate to the US in a value of 70.26 million dollars.According this arbitration, the United State Customs will charge deposits in cash to Chinese producers of relative products.
These years, countries tend to use trade sactions to protect domestic trade. But, I don' t think trade saction is a good way for economic. The high-handed measures will hurt two parties.
